1) To be an authorized affiliate of BuyMalaysia, You agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained below.

2) Affiliates: All affiliate membership is subject to the prior approval of BuyMalaysia. BuyMalaysia reserves the right to refuse service to any new or existing affiliate, in its sole discretion, with or without cause. BuyMalaysia reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone, at any time, for any reason whatsoever.

3) BuyMalaysia reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any affiliate, webmaster or website for any reason at any time, with or without notice and regardless of any previous conditions.

4) By using the BuyMalaysia Affiliate Program, You agree and warrant that:
a) You are 18 years old and above and You agree to comply and be subjected to the terms and conditions stipulated herein. b) There is nothing (including but not limited to laws, regulations, any governmental order, etc) that prohibits You to become an authorized affiliate of BuyMalaysia.

5) You are allowed to place our banners anywhere as you see fit, or within non-spam emails provided it is not against any laws, regulations, etc

6) NOT ALLOWED: Except for clause 5, all uses of banners or links, such as newsgroups, chat rooms, message boards, banner networks, counters, or guestbooks etc. are NOT allowed.

7) Failure to abide by these rules would result YOUR termination from the Affiliate Program.

8) Fraud is a serious offence, which BuyMalaysia has zero tolerance against. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales or click-throughs using robots, scripts, or manually “refreshing” of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions.

9) Affiliate payment:
You will receive a commission from BuyMalaysia for sending a BuyMalaysia authorized sales via your links. You agree and understand that the payout amount may vary at any time and from time to time at BuyMalaysia’s discretion. You are responsible for determining if the payout for a link You have placed has changed or has discontinued.Payments are made on the 15th day of each month. Money which has been credited and accumulated in Your account  shall not accrue interest.

10) Refunds and Chargebacks:
If an order is later refunded to the customer or charged back by the customer, the referral fee, and any Affiliate charge back fees, will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Affiliate.

11) Privacy policy:
BuyMalaysia respects the privacy of its users and promises not to disclose personal or business information of its users to third parties without the express permission of the users. We shall not divulge Your name, e-mail address, phone number, or any other personal information to anyone else unless required by laws, regulations and/or authorities. 12) BuyMalaysia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and from time to time without advance notice to You, effective upon making the modified provisions available on the BuyMalaysia website. You are responsible to regularly review changes or modifications. Your continued use of the services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. BuyMalaysia does not and will not assume any obligation to notify You of any changes to the terms and conditionsherein. Furthermore, BuyMalaysia may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any and all aspects of the service at any time, without any obligations and any prior notice  to the Affiliate.
