A seller needs to fill up a digital online form with all the relevant documents attached. Once approved, the seller must comply with all the Terms and Conditions and our Sales Team will correspond to you as soon as possible.

No. BuyMalaysia will handle all product uploads on behalf of the seller. It is the seller’s responsibility to constantly update us on the stock status, price change and any matters pertaining to the list of the items given.

No. BuyMalaysia will handle all customer services and act as a middleman to resolve any problems between sellers and buyers.

BuyMalaysia charges a one-time registration fee of RM250.

Merchant commissions vary from different merchants based on their products, industries and categories. The Sales Team will liaise with the merchant confidentially on such profit margin negotiation.

No. BuyMalaysia does not allow any sales of used items.

Customers are expected to receive their ordered items within 4 to 7 workings days for West Malaysia and 4 to 10 working days for East Malaysia.

Merchant must confirm and fulfill within 3 business days or else it will subject to termination as stated in agreement.

The settlement amount shall be paid within 14 business days from the product delivery as indicated. However, BuyMalaysia reserves the rights to hold the funds if any suspicious and fraud activities are detected.

Orders placed after 5pm or during the weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

It is recommended to use ParcelPay as the delivery prices are fixed in accordance to the rates available in the BuyMalaysia website. You may use your own shipping provider, but please do take notice that your rates might not match with the figures set in BuyMalaysia.
