    Vive Snack’s Cacao Nibs come from fruits, lovingly hand-plucked, from their very own cacao trees planted in Banting, Selangor, and exposed to no processing other than light fermentation, sun-drying, light roasting, de-shelling and cracking. They are rich in the flavor and aroma of dark chocolate and retaining the nutrients naturally occurring in raw or lightly-processed cacao beans.

    Vive Snack’s nutritious and flavourful Cacao Nibs can be taken on their own as a snack-food substitute for other less healthy alternatives. They can be used as toppings for, or inclusions in, desserts (ice-cream, yoghurts, custards etc.); a substitute for chocolate chips in the baking of cakes and cookies; an ingredient for salads, cereals and muesli, mixed into fruit juices and smoothies; and ground into a cacao-butter-rich substitute for cocoa powder for use in making chocolate drinks and baking.
